About Us

We are a service provided by a Colorado law firm that believes strongly in the Constitutionally guaranteed privilege of bankruptcy. Through our work with numerous business and non-profits, we believe that economic security can be achieved by many people through careful, informed financial decisions.

Unfortunately, some folks have already dug themselves into such a deep hole that simply changing their behavior is not enough for them to be able to live a normal life free of financial depression. That is why we have started this service to assist consumers with the bankruptcy process to help them get out of debt and on the path to financial prosperity.

We take a different approach than that of other law firms that help with bankruptcy. Like the best of the other firms, we take a personal interest in our clients’ successful achievement of the discharge order provided by the bankruptcy process. We also work with our clients to find opportunities and strategies to not only ensure that they don’t end up deep in debt again. This includes helping them develop basic block and tackle personal finance skills, but also development of achievable goals, and plans to achieve them, that will enable our clients to create a life they enjoy.
